Charlie meets Teddy

Our old grad school friends Erich and Monica came into town for the weekend with Teddy, their 8 month old. He's super awesome and so are his parents!

We took lots of pictures and had lots of fun. As they were leaving, we got a super cute picture of Charlie and Teddy holding hands. That was on someone else's camera, but I'll post it when I get it! Here's a glimpse into our fun weekend.

Saturday we wandered around downtown and hit up Fullsteam

This is Elmer the Elephant. Or perhaps Tina. There is still some disagreement about what its name should be. Regardless of what we call it, Charlie loves it. If I put it in his crib, Charlie will grab it and cuddle it!

Charlie woke up from a nap on my lap. The TV was on, and he really wanted to see it. He was laying on his back, so he put his feet against me and arched his back way up, so he could see over the pillow. Upside down TV watching!

Well, no one has thrown up for more than 12 hours. I think this counts as a win. Our moderately happier family:

Petie and I spent the night making best friends with our toilets. Petie is home from work, and all we can do is lay here and moan. Charlie is perfectly happy and healthy!  And he's being pretty cool about laying in bed all day. I have to go, typing hurts. :) I will have a happy post tomorrow, because then we will be all better!

This morning, Charlie fell asleep on the couch. Wiki jumped up to protect him. Pretty sweet!

Charlie goes to Hollywood!

Its grandma Cookie's birthday, so Charlie flew across the country all by himself to surprise her! Well, I guess I was there too! But now we are at grandmas house in LA having super fun parting with grandma. Also, Charlie is on east coast time,  so is awake at 3 am here instead of 6 am. Also he slept for 7 hours straight last night. That's the longest he's ever slept in his life!
