Key West, part 1
We just spent 4 days in Key West. Granny Nanny came, so that Bre and Pete could have some time out playing.
We swam in the ocean and the pool a lot, and played on the beach, and walked around town. We ate a lot. We went with an old friend of Pete's, Brian, and his family. They have lots of kids too!

Charlie and his ship!
Charlie's grandpa Pete made this awesome ship for Petie when he was a kid, and now refurbished it for Charlie. Charlie loves it! He loves dragging it all around the house! So cute!

Playtime at the rec center
Every so often, we go to playtime at the Durham rec center. There are lots of fun things to play with.

Music class
We are going to music class once a week with our friends. It's super fun. The kids sing and dance and play instruments. This week, we went to Mabel and Samantha's house.

Daddy weekend!
Charlie spent lots of time with daddy this weekend. The weather is finally warming up, so they spent most of their time at the park and playing in the backyard.

Snow days
We got so much snow! It was especially hard, because we had just come from sunny California, and warm beaches. Here are a few pictures of Charlie in the snow.

Charlie's first haircut!
Charlie got his first haircut yesterday! It was starting to get a little out of control, and I thought he looked like a baby without a responsible caregiver. So our friend Kristen came over to give him a trim. It looks so much better! I love it!

It was a beautiful day out, so we did it outside. Mommy got a have a beer in the sunshine. (Still before)
During- he got to play with the comb!
After- well groomed baby! And, as you might notice, he got a black eye in the meantime. That had nothing to do with the haircut- it was a hammock accident.
