We haven't been to Sky Zone in... forever!  But momma brought the kids a few weeks ago.  Charlie's skills have... improved

Camping... Sort of

At Marbles they have a camping-themed-room.  It's pretty awesome.  You... never know what Maggie will find and be obsessed with.  Today it was mittens!

Charlie is SO patient with his little sister!  He helps her make his big-kid lego's!

These two have really started to play together so well - it's adorable.  They play and play and play, then one of them tries to kill the other one, but after a few minutes they play and play and play!

Maggie's Half Birthday

They do parties for the kids who have summer birthdays on their half birthdays!  So... it was Maggie's half-birthday last week!

Every once in a while they do a family cooking day at pre-school.  One of the kids' parents comes in and helps them cook lunch!  Supposedly this is a big hit with the kids.  Look how much cheese!

And Maggie was psyched!  Even though they picked the one boat without a bell... that was probably for the best.

Charlie loves chess.  He actually knows how to move all the pieces and will take pieces and protect pieces sometimes! Sometimes he even wins!  (If daddy isn't paying attention!)

These two...  They slept like angles and even sat here for a full 5 seconds before charging in to see the Christmas tree!

Christmas Eve!

I forgot to tell you about Christmas eve!

We have a tradition in Pete's family to get Chinese food on Christmas eve  (This is a real thing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_cuisine_in_Jewish_culture_in_the_United_States)


Unfortunately too many gentiles have hopped on that bandwagon, so it took us 3 HOURS to get our Chinese food.  In the meantime, the kids needed sustenance so... CORN DOGS!



We also do a book gift exchange on Christmas eve AND Nana T gets us all new PJ's!
