Do you want to build a SNOWMAN

So Maggie & Charlie just found out about "Frozen" (It's 5 years late, but they like it.  And Charlie was 0 when it came out).

Maggie in particular likes to sing "Do you want to build a snowman?"  which is a very sweet tune, except Maggie has a different take on it -

Feeling their age...

Charlie and Avery thought it was hilarious to act "old" (you know, older than 7) by hunching over and using these sticks as canes.  Charlie had a particularly convincing hunch!

CLOSED!?

We brought Charlie & Avery to the museum to go on the tree houses... but they were closed!

The kids took it all in stride, but I asked them to take a GRUMPY pic!

Guess who is 5!

It's hard to believe, but this little kid is already 5!

What can we say about Charlie?  He's an absolute wonder.  He loves his sister, and Legos.  He's athletic and thoughtful and considerate.  Emotional and empathetic.  His teachers once called his emotional intelligence "off-the-charts".  He's a kind, sweet and loving soul, with a very goofy sense of humor.  He can count to 700!  He can add and subtract.  He loves rainbows and space.  He can do more pull ups than his daddy.  But most importantly, he loves everyone he meets and makes everyone smile.

And here he is now!  I can't believe he's already 5!  Here's to you, little buddy.
