We love playing with paint, chalk and crayons outside! Charlie loves to paint himself, therefore the lack of clothes. Also, it's super hot!
Maybe he picked up that it is ok to paint yourself from his bathtub paint! Oops good call on the no clothes for painting time. Go Charlie go
I think I'll go to my art class like that. No cleanup!
