Charlie Loves Puddles!!!

Charlie loves, like, loves puddles. He loves to splash in them.  His mommy got him these awesome blue rainboots, and now he loves to take turns running through the puddles with daddy!  This was a special day since even though we played in puddles for probably an hour, he never fell in!
